How I work

The same arc on every project, whether I’m running it or building it.

1. Discovery

   Interviews before roadmaps. 150+ across three segments at AAROTH; call centre staff and clinicians at Popular. I map the workflow people actually run, not the one that's documented.

2. Backlog

   PRDs and user stories in Jira, each with acceptance criteria a tester can check against. Discovery findings set the priority order.

3. Build

   I stay hands-on through code review and architecture calls, and I write the front-end myself when that's the fastest way through.

4. Deploy

   CI/CD pipelines and release management on AWS: S3, EC2, CloudFront, Lightsail, Route 53. Deploys are mine, not somebody else's problem.

5. Run

   Uptime and incidents after launch, plus the reporting that goes to the executive team. ISO 9001 and 27001 aligned change control, because healthcare gives you no choice.
