I manage software delivery, and I still write the code. That combination started by necessity. At Popular Diagnostic Centre there was no in-house team when I arrived, so building one meant doing both jobs until the second could be handed over.

Most of my work is healthcare. Hospital systems have a property I’ve come to like: the deadline is real and the failure mode is a person waiting. That shapes how I run projects. Releases stay small and estimates stay honest, and I write the rollback plan before the launch plan.

The rest is the same discipline applied elsewhere: a national election platform for the 2026 vote, and an agricultural marketplace built on 150+ interviews. I run the AWS infrastructure under most of it. The case studies name what I owned on each.

I’m based in Dhaka, Bangladesh and work with teams across time zones. English is my working language; Bengali is my first.
